II. PerfectGoods' Rights

 1. You acknowledge and agree that PerfectGoods owns all and the relevant proprietary rights of the software design and product design as well as other technical and documentary products, according to applicable intellectual property and other laws.

 2.  Out of the following reasons, PerfectGoods retains the right to keep, disclose or delete the information you provide. The information you provide includes the following: any public information or information you send to PerfectGoods and other members by e-mail in the process of your registration, transaction or list of commodities, such as data, text, software, music, sounds, photos, pictures, images, words and other information. PerfectGoods also retains the right to change or discontinue part or all of the services temporarily or permanently.

 7.  Besides the above obligations, all goods transacted on PerfectGoods, including all tangible and concrete goods which can be legally traded, should not violate any third party¡Às property rights and intellectual property rights over the goods as well as their privacy and reputation.

IV. Common Sense and Agreement
 1.  The Service is based on status quo and obtainable without exemption from technical or any other problems. These problems might lead to data loss or other interruption of our services. You will have to undertake the risks using the Service.
 2.  Except other regulations, any notices you send to PerfectGoods should be in the form of e-mail (business@perfectgoods.com) or other addresses we have appointed.
 3.  Our e-mail notices to you should be regarded as SENT and RECEIVED after 24 hours, except that the sender has been informed that the e-mail addresses have come into disuse. Or PerfectGoods may send registered mails with prepaid postage, demanding the receipt, to notify you by the address you have provided in registration. In this case, three days after mail will be regarded as SENT and RECEIVED.
 4.  On our site, you or the third party might realize the links with other web sites and online resources. PerfectGoods does not undertake the responsibility of the application of these sites and resources. Moreover, PerfectGoods will not be responsible for any content, propaganda materials, products, services and other materials from them.
 5.  Members should be responsible for their own membership names and passwords. PerfectGoods will not be responsible for any loss resulted from your own faults and mistakes. 

V. Application of Law
 1. The Terms of Service applies to laws and regulations of People's Republic of China.
 2. The place of performance of the Terms of Service is the location of the servers of our web site, namely Hangzhou, P.R.China.
 3. The competent court is the court of the place of performance of the TOS. Any disputes aroused from the execution of the Terms of Service will be in its jurisdiction.
